the Dean's List

昨天收到學校寄來的信
最近常收到所以也見怪不怪
打開才發現這東西不是和平常一樣是從research foundation來的
是學院院長寄來的
要恭喜我被列入dean's list
(這絕對不是黑名單)
因為學期成績平均(GPA)有3.5以上
我可以申請加入honors program
真是honor...

*22nd birthday*

很開心也很特別的生日
第一次在國外過生日
每天收到朋友寄來的卡片和禮物超開心
收到很多簡訊
還有很多禮物
吃了很多蛋糕和大餐

郵局

美國的郵局不比台灣好
不能匯錢
更沒有開戶這種服務
但是送信的服務倒是挺貼心
橘子寄了他自己做的青蛙徽章給我
超可愛的
而且好險郵局的補強信封
青蛙才沒有在路途中消失

每次有人寄東西給我都會很開心
讓我知道不是一個人在這裡
親手寫的比起螢幕上的游標有感情的多
我想我還是一個很不現代的人
e mail盡是作業 工作 廣告
和更多的廣告
如果住在一個連貼著郵票的信都收不到的地方
可能會死掉

終於

這學期終於在系上有自己的信箱了
感覺好像研究生一樣
雖然每個周末都在lab工作也跟研究生沒兩樣了...
但總之有信箱很令我開心
有點身分的感覺
哈哈
應該是我自己想太多

雖然之前放過一次
但是今天聽到又忍不住把歌詞一起放上來

總覺得很多時候做或不做一些事情會讓自己以後懊悔
會想說為什麼做了
早知道就不要這樣
或是因為沒有做而錯失機會
不管哪樣到了後悔的時候
都已經太晚了
失去的就是過去了
雖然這樣講很老套
我們也都心知肚明這件很簡單的事
但是總是會有一些時候
這樣的事會發生

很開心的是最近好像都沒有這樣讓自己後悔
